hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to run paid advertising for our multi-brand e-commerce portfolio. You will plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, and own the numbers — budgets, ROAS, and growth. You will work closely with our in-house Tracking Specialist, who maintains the measurement stack, so you can focus on strategy, creative, and results. This is a full-time, on-site role in Sharjah.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns — Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Plan, build, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Advantage+), TikTok (including TikTok Shop), and Snapchat (Dynamic Ads).
  • Build and refine audiences: lookalikes, interest/prospecting, and retargeting.
  • Manage budgets and pacing across multiple brands; scale winners and cut underperformers quickly.
  • Track and improve ROAS, CPA, and attribution, and turn the data into clear actions.
  • Run creative tests and brief the design team on new ad concepts.
  • Report weekly on spend, performance, and growth opportunities per brand.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Proven results improving ROAS and scaling profitable ad spend (be ready to share numbers).
  • Hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, and/or Performance Max).
  • Strong with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (Snapchat Ads a plus).
  • Confident reading analytics and attribution data.
  • Able to manage several brands at once and work independently.
  • Available to work on-site in Sharjah, UAE.

Preferred

  • Google Merchant Center / product-feed management for Shopping campaigns.
  • TikTok Shop and Snap Dynamic Ads experience.
  • Understanding of how pixels and Conversions APIs affect ad data.
  • Arabic language; GCC / MENA e-commerce experience.

Pay: From AED6,500.00 per month
