Description

hiring a Marketing Analytics & Tracking Specialist to own the measurement stack behind our multi-brand e-commerce advertising. You will implement and maintain pixels, Conversions APIs, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (web and server-side) so our paid media team can trust the data and scale with confidence. This is a hands-on technical role, and we test the core skills during the interview. Full-time, on-site in Sharjah.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Meta, TikTok, and Snap Pixels plus their Conversions/Events APIs (server-side).
  • Set up and maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager (web and server-side).
  • Set up Google Ads conversion tracking and enhanced conversions (server-side where applicable).
  • Deploy and manage server-side containers (e.g., Stape), including basic DNS/CNAME setup.
  • Apply SHA-256 hashing of customer data and improve Event Match Quality (EMQ).
  • Manage event deduplication across browser and server, and keep the full funnel firing correctly.
  • Onboard each new brand's tracking end-to-end (target: ~2 working days per brand).
  • Debug live with Chrome DevTools and verify every fix with screenshots.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (web).
  • Working knowledge of pixels and Conversions APIs on at least one platform (Meta / TikTok / Snap).
  • Comfortable debugging in Chrome DevTools (network, console, dataLayer).
  • Detail-oriented — you verify your work rather than assume it works.
  • Available to work on-site in Sharjah, UAE.

Preferred (or a clear path to grow into)

  • Server-side GTM and server-side Conversions API (CAPI).
  • Stape (or similar) server-container deployment and DNS/CNAME setup.
  • SHA-256 hashing, event deduplication, and EMQ optimization.
  • Multi-brand / agency onboarding experience.

Pay: From AED6,500.00 per month
