The Impact You'll Make
As Service Engineer (m/f/d) , you will be the crucial link between customers, partners, and our service network – ensuring that technical issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and keeps critical systems running.
You’ll join a collaborative, KPI-driven team where your ideas and initiative matter – whether you are early in your career or bringing first hands-on experience. This role is a great entry point to build deep expertise in drives technology and after-sales service.
Based in Offenbach, you’ll gain strong onboarding support while contributing to a global service organization that is becoming increasingly digital, connected, and customer-focused.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own service cases end-to-end, ensuring fast response times and high-quality resolution for customers and partners
Provide technical support across the full drives portfolio via phone, email, and digital tools, including remote troubleshooting
Coordinate service activities across local and international teams, including dispatching cases to certified service partners
Collaborate closely with customers, sales, field service technicians, and global service teams to deliver seamless support
Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and generate leads based on customer interactions and installed base insights
What We're Looking For
Technical foundation in electrical engineering from basic training / education
First experience or strong interest in drives technology, applications, or technical customer support (junior profiles are also welcome)
Comfort with digital tools such as CRM/service systems, MS Excel & Word, and chat-based communication tools
Customer-focused, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership
Strong communication skills in German and English
