Do you want to do more than plan projects - and actively drive them forward?
In this role, you will combine classical project controls with modern data analytics, AI-supported methods, and smart reporting. You will take an active role in the project controls environment and bringing topics into implementation with a clear hands-on mindset. You create transparency, support data-based decision-making, and help us take project control to the next level. Together, we make the difference.
What do you contribute?
- In your new role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, control, and optimization of integrated project schedules and project workflows. This role combines classical project scheduling with data-driven reporting, AI-supported analysis, and strategic information management to strengthen transparency, controllability, and project success.
- You will develop, maintain, and continuously improve integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project, including resource management and earned value calculation.
- Align schedules with contractual milestones, delivery strategies, project execution requirements, and key internal and external interfaces.
- You will monitor progress across development, engineering, procurement, installation, and testing activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare look-ahead plans, recovery schedules, and scenario analyses to support short-term execution control, corrective actions, and proactive decision-making.
- Furthermore you identify critical and near-critical paths, assess schedule risks, delays, and time impacts, and develop mitigation scenarios to support project strategy and stakeholder alignment.
- Schedule quality reviews and health checks verify logic, float, constraints, baseline integrity, and overall schedule robustness.
- You use data- and AI-based methods to update schedules, measure progress, and generate forecasts, S-curves, KPI dashboards, risk insights, and project management-level reports.
- Project KPIs and schedule information are translated into clear decision support, executive summaries, and recommendations for appropriate project measures.
- Project-related information is structured and provided to stakeholders in a targeted way, strengthening transparency, traceability, and project control.
- Identify and document schedule impacts from changes, variations, and deviations to support delay management with time-impact analysis.
What do you bring along?
