MEP Storekeeper - ERP experience

a leading MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracting company, is seeking a highly organized and experienced MEP Storekeeper to manage our project warehouse and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Inventory Management: Accurately record all incoming and outgoing materials, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments within the company’s ERP system in real-time.
• Receiving & Inspection: Receive MEP materials (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) and verify them against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Notes for quantity and quality.
• Storage & Organization: Properly organize, label, and store materials according to safety standards to ensure easy accessibility and prevent damage or theft.
• Issuance: Issue materials and tools to site engineers and sub-contractors based on approved material requisitions and update the ERP system instantly.
• Stock Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits, reconciling physical stock with ERP records and reporting discrepancies.
• Reorder Management: Monitor stock levels, track fast-moving items, and coordinate with the Procurement Department to initiate reorder requests before shortages occur.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [3–5] years of experience as a Storekeeper, specifically within MEP construction projects.
• Technical Skills: Proven, hands-on experience working with ERP Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, MS Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Material Knowledge: Strong familiarity with MEP materials, including HVAC equipment, switchgears, cables, pipes, fittings, and firefighting components.
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required for handling

Pay: AED1.00 per month
