Title: Technical Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable) up to 12 to1o 18 Months
Location: Onsite in Dubai
Experience: 5–7 Years (Mid Level)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience and exposure to low-code platforms, preferably Mendix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and coordinating with development, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Convert requirements into user stories, workflows, and functional specifications
• Work closely with Mendix developers, QA, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC
• Support testing, UAT, and release activities
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and project timelines

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA
• Experience with Mendix or other low-code platforms
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
• Experience coordinating with QA, PM, and development teams
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
