Site Supervision & Coordination: Direct and monitor the day-to-day installation of facade systems (e.g., unitized curtain walls, ACP cladding, glass walls, and secondary steel).
Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections to ensure workmanship and materials align with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Drawing Interpretation: Review architectural and engineering plans to detect clashes, and resolve technical or buildability issues before they impact installation.
Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a hazard-free work environment on-site.
Testing & Commissioning: Oversee and witness on-site performance tests—such as water penetration and air infiltration—to ensure structural integrity. Talentmate
