If you are driven by an eagerness to disrupt, have a passion for collaboration, and are excited about shaping the future of mobility, we would love to hear from you.
About the role You are a hands-on senior engineer who can bridge Developer Experience (DevEx) and AI/agentic systems —someone who can define a pragmatic agentic architecture and AI strategy, then build the foundations, tooling, and reference implementations that make AI adoption real across engineering teams.
You’re comfortable in bringing structure and clarity, you care about developer productivity and experience, and you can turn concepts like “agents”, “guardrails”, and “LLM ops” into production-grade , secure, observable systems running on AWS and GCP .
Tech stack
- Languages: Python,TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, Go, Rust (any strong backend language welcome)
- AI/LLM: LLM APIs, agent/tool frameworks, vector search
- Infra: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, cloud services (AWS/GCP)
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, artifact caching, test automation
- Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK
Job requirements Must have skills
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with production experience building backend services and/or internal platforms.
- Solid experience integrating and operationalizing AI developer tools (e.g., IDE copilots, code review assistants, knowledge bots) or building similar productivity tooling.
- Proven experience with implementation of agentic AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and/or AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google models), including practical prompt design and tool integration.
- Experience building developer-facing products with high usability: clear APIs, solid docs, sensible defaults, thoughtful UX.
- Comfort with CI/CD systems and dev workflows (GitHub Actions, pipelines, code review, testing strategies).
- Solid understanding of security and privacy considerations (secrets, data classification, least privilege, audit logs).
- Strong communication skills—able to translate developer pain into shipped improvements.
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with RAG pipelines (vector databases, embeddings, chunking strategies, reranking).
- LLM evaluation experience (offline test suites, human-in-the-loop review, hallucination/grounding checks).
- Experience building IDE plugins (VS Code/JetBrains) or chat/automation bots (Slack).
- Familiarity with integration of internal developer platforms (Backstage, service catalogs).
- Observability experience (OpenTelemetry, logs/metrics/traces) and SRE-minded engineering.
- Experience with multi-tenant systems, enterprise auth, RBAC, and policy-as-code.
Job responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows and automate our internal development processes with AI
- Integrate AI capabilities into engineering workflows (e.g., code assistance, PR summarization, incident support, knowledge search, automated refactoring suggestions, etc.).
- Design and ship AI-powered services (APIs, bots, IDE extensions, web apps) with strong attention to reliability and UX.
- Implement LLM integrations(hosted or self-hosted) including:
- prompt/tool orchestration
- retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
