About the Role
Uber Eats is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our expanding team in Berlin for the mid market region of Germany. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our SMB restaurant partners, fostering high-impact relationships and driving business growth on the Uber Eats platform.

-What You Will Do-
As an Account Manager at Uber Eats, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our most valued restaurant partners. You'll be responsible for ensuring their continued success and expansion by focusing on:* Strategic Account Growth: Manage 100-200 high-value partners to retain and grow their business, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities through product adoption and location expansion. You'll be also focusing strongly on negotiating exclusive deals.
- Maximizing Potential: Proactively uncover opportunities to unlock additional revenue for both our partners and Uber Eats and visiting them onsite.
- Risk Mitigation & Retention: Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention.
- Partner Advocacy: Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships to position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts.
- Account Planning: Develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews and data-driven analysis.
-What You Will Need-
- Languages: Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Curiosity for Onsite Visits: Visit your merchant in person (app. every 3 weeks) for contracts negotiations and identify upsell and crosssell potential.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years in B2B Account Management, Sales, Operations - preferably in the food industry.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You use platform key metrics to analytically diagnose partner performance gaps and build actionable and scalable growth strategies.
- Relationship Management: Skilled at navigating the customer lifecycle and building commitment with your stakeholders.
- Soft Skills & Drive: A proactive self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. You are results-oriented and thrive on hitting measurable KPIs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce is a significant plus).
