Description

Your mission

Based in Berlin, you'll build the user-facing experiences that turn complex supply chain intelligence into something industrial teams can actually use. You'll work full-stack, with your primary home in Vue.js, translating product and design requirements into features that are intuitive, reliable, and fast. You'll own your work end-to-end: from the first component to the API it calls, from shipping to learning from what breaks.

What You’ll Be Working On

Frontend Development

  • Build and improve features in our Vue.js application.
  • Deliver high-quality UI/UX with attention to performance, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Implement designs accurately, flag concerns early, and reduce friction in existing user flows.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture, component structure, and shared patterns.

Backend & Business Logic

  • Implement backend features and endpoints in Python/Django when the feature needs it.
  • Work with existing APIs, data models, and services, following established patterns.
  • Debug and resolve issues that span frontend and backend with support from the team.

APIs & Integrations

  • Build and extend APIs that reliably support product needs.
  • Contribute to the clean structure and maintainability of our backend services.

Automation & Lightweight Integrations

  • Deliver small automations and integrations using tools like n8n.
  • Build internal workflows that cut manual processes and support the business.

AI-Assisted Development

  • Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as a daily multiplier to draft code, refactor, explore alternatives, and ship faster.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can simplify complexity or improve quality across the codebase.

Engineering Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product and Design to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet real user needs.
  • Contribute to code reviews, ask questions early, and communicate clearly about progress and blockers.

Who We’re Looking For

You have strong frontend instincts and the curiosity to go full-stack when the feature demands it.

Must-Have

  • Experience building user interfaces with Vue.js or a comparable modern framework (React also valued).
  • Solid frontend fundamentals: JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, state management, API integration.
  • A focus on building clean, reliable, user-friendly experiences.
  • AI-assisted development is already part of your daily workflow, not something you're considering.

Great If You Also Bring

  • Experience with Python and Django.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, and databases.
  • Exposure to automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • Familiarity with Git, code review workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

Mindset

  • You take ownership: you follow through, communicate when blocked, and don't wait to be chased.
  • You care about users. You think about how your work lands in the product, not just whether it ships.
  • You move fast without losing quality.
  • You're open to feedback and generous with yours.
  • You're comfortable and motivated working primarily from the office.

Not Quite Your Thing?

  • You want a strictly frontend-only role with no backend involvement.
  • You prefer working fully remotely rather than collaborating in person.
  • You'd rather build perfect specs than ship working features fast.
  • AI tools aren't part of how you work today.
  • You prefer a large team with clearly defined swim lanes over a small team where you wear multiple hats.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Real features, real users. Your work goes directly into a product that runs on live customer data in industrial facilities across Europe.
  • Full-stack ownership with a frontend home. You're not locked in a layer. You ship across the stack and see the whole system.
  • A team that moves fast. Small engineering team, short feed
