About the Role
What you can expect:
- Design, facilitate, and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs
- Coach and support employees, managers, and retail partners through development and change initiatives
- Develop and continuously improve modern learning concepts, training materials, and digital learning solutions
- Advise and support stakeholders in optimizing sales, service, and leadership processes within the retail network
- Ensure sustainable learning transfer through practical coaching and follow-up activities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts

Qualifications
- A degree in education, psychology, business administration, communication management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant, or HR developer
- Extensive experience in the automotive retail sector or dealership environment, as well as knowledge of relevant sales, service, and leadership processes
- Experience in the design, implementation, and further development of training, coaching, and development programs
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of leadership, communication, change management, and digitalization
- Experience in developing modern learning concepts and digital learning formats (e.g., blended learning, e-learning)
- Knowledge of modern learning technologies and learning platforms
- Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills
- A structured approach to work, as well as project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Germany
