System Engineer

We're working with a leading consulting firm specializing in traffic engineering and public transport solutions. They play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of public transportation systems, leveraging modern technology to build robust communication infrastructure.

The Role

• Contribute to central communication systems in public transport
• Analyze and support modern telephony and audio communication systems
• Manage Windows system landscapes, including Hyper-V environments
• Evaluate logfiles, perform error analyses, and process incidents
• Develop technical solutions collaboratively within the team
• Participate in on-call rotations after training

What You'll Need

• Experience in Windows environments (domain, server, network)
• Understanding of system interdependencies and technical processes
• Familiarity with error analysis and troubleshooting
• Ability to read logfiles and comprehend technical contexts
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction
• Structured and independent way of working
• Mandatory: German language skills at least C1 level
