Description

We are working with a globally active non-profit organization dedicated to political education, analysis, and consulting, as well as development cooperation and the promotion of talent, currently seeking to expand its digital services and ICT infrastructure.

The Role

  • Conceptional, technical, and administrative support for ICT systems in Client Management, Patch Management, Inventory, Mobile Device Management (especially M365 Intune)
  • Conceptual and strategic evaluation, development, and implementation of global Client Management and Mobile Device Management infrastructures
  • Configuration and administrative support of Client Management, MAM, and MDM systems and managed end devices
  • Analysis, classification, and processing of incident, change, and service requests in 3rd-level IT Service Management (ITIL)
  • Developing partial and overall concepts for the further development, configuration, and installation of new and existing ICT systems
  • Leading and participating in ICT projects nationally and internationally

What You'll Need

  • Completed degree (diploma / bachelor) in computer science or comparable IT-related training with several years of professional experience
  • In-depth knowledge in client management, ideally M365 Intune, Microsoft AD / Entra, or comparable systems
  • Good understanding of at least one scripting language (e.g., Powershell, Batch)
  • Experience with administration in the MS Windows environment
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
