About the Role: As the Teamlead Logistics and Distribution at Myonex GmbH you will be responsible for organizing,coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods and components - from inbound to storage and distribution - ensuring efficiency, cost-effectivemness, and high service quality.

In This Role You Will

• Lead and manage all logistics operations of Myonex GmbH reporting directly to the Berlin Site Lead
• KPI-based leadership and decision making
• Develop and maintain logistics schedules aligned with production needs and customer orders.
• Team Management and training of currently five warehouse workers
• Take care of customer and supplier relations
• Compliance and documention: ensure safety standards, quality procedures and regulatroy requirements as well as maintenance of accurate stock records and inventory reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Propose and implement innovative logistics solutions

About the Candidate:

• Expert knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
• Professional with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• First experience leading a team
• Work experience in the pharmaceutical sector is desired
• Excellent oral and written language skills in both German and English
