About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the company's IT operations, digital transformation initiatives, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and communication systems.
• Ensure system security, reliability, and business continuity.
• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies across the company.
• Identify and introduce AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead the selection and implementation of an ERP system for the construction business.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting systems.
• Build and manage the IT and Digital Transformation team.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, systems development, or related fields.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
