Who We Are Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and the ramp-up of our global headquarters for global cell production.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

  • Organizational and content-related support for the CEO
  • Independent coordination with the other PowerCo Executive Board divisions and PowerCo companies as well as coordination with other brands and Group offices (national and international)
  • Independent development and coordination of analyses, reports and presentations for board meetings as well as other board and decision templates, including control of coordination with other departments
  • Independent planning and control of approaches to committee appearances as well as coordination and preparation of project-specific decisions
  • Independent organization of the board office in cooperation with the secretary's office, including coordination and implementation of cross-departmental rule rounds, including preparation/follow-up
  • Independent coordination of/for various board orders/projects, e.g. management strategy development, budget, risk management
  • Developing and coordinating project plans, tracking and coordinating the implementation of decisions
  • Control, tracking & aggregation of queries, goals & milestones (strategy, KPI system)
  • Independent representation of the interests of the board member in project groups and teams vis-à-vis managers
  • Initiating, developing and co-designing information events, workshops, strategy conferences, etc. to ensure the flow of information and to meet goals, strategies and measures within the company
  • Independent coordination and management of projects including implementation of plans, control of tasks & technical coordination of employees
  • Assumption of individual/special tasks with special confidentiality/secrecy and/or complexity, e.g. personnel matters, structural issues, board protocols

What You Bring To The Team

  • Completed university degree (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)
  • Several years of experience in top management support / board staff / consulting
  • Project management in complex organizations
  • Experience in the corporate environment (internationally)
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g. business cases, KPI logics)
  • Excellent presentation and storylining skills (board level)
  • Structured way of working with a high degree of parallelism
  • Ability to quickly capture and summarize complex content
