Senior Odoo Developer

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Odoo Developer (Full Stack) to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo solutions across multiple business domains. You will work closely with product owners, functional consultants, and other developers to deliver scalable, high-quality Odoo implementations. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and building robust ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and features.
• Customize and extend Odoo core modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Project.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code using Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate Odoo with third-party systems.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Handle Odoo version upgrades, migrations, and performance optimizations.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Must Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Developer.
• Strong expertise in Odoo framework and custom module development.
• Proficient in Python, Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of Odoo backend and frontend architecture.
• Experience with Odoo version upgrades and migrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Experience with Odoo Studio and Odoo.sh.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Odoo.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations.
• Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices.
• Prior experience working with global or distributed teams.
