We're looking for
... a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to own thermondo easy and thermondo flex end-to-end. These financed product offerings are installment-based heating solutions that make climate-neutral living accessible to homeowners who prefer not to pay upfront.
You will hold full ownership over the commercial performance, customer journey, and operational health of both products. This spans the entire lifecycle, from contract signing to monthly installments and offboarding. Our Financial Operations team will support you day-to-day, but the buck stops with you to ensure these products deliver both business success and seamless customer experience.

- Commercial Ownership & Market Strategy: Owning the product's commercial success and optimizing for customer and business needs simultaneously. You will monitor market developments to create compelling value propositions and build the underlying commercial logic.
- Lifecycle & Strategic Escalation Management: Running and optimizing the full customer lifecycle (onboarding, installment management, payment monitoring, and offboarding). You will set up frameworks for customer complaints and handle high-level escalations to ensure systemic issues are routed without delay.
- Process Architecture & Innovation: Designing processes that reduce friction for customers and operational costs for the business, actively leveraging automation and applied AI where possible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working seamlessly across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Legal to keep operations moving.
- Data-Driven Growth & Delivery: Building reporting and dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) to track business-critical KPIs, driving conversion or upselling campaigns based on real customer data, and moving these initiatives from the drawing board to reality.

- FinTech / Subscription Experience: You have 5–8 years of professional experience and have successfully managed a financed or subscription product before (e.g., consumer lending, BNPL, leasing, energy-as-a-service, or similar). Ideally, you have a track record of driving customer growth, conversion campaigns, or portfolio upsells.
- Language Skills: You are fully fluent in German (C2 level) to interact seamlessly with local customers, navigate legal requirements, and support operations, and you communicate confidently in English (C1) with our international management.
- Customer-Centric & Strategic Mindset: You think in full customer journeys, not just internal workflows. To you, a smooth offboarding experience matters just as much as onboarding. You can monitor market developments, build commercial logics, structure complex problems, and confidently guide a room to a decision.
- Stakeholder Management: You know how to drive outcomes cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without having formal disciplinary ownership over every team involved.
- Tech & AI Savvy: Salesforce, Looker, and the Google Suite are part of your standard toolkit. Additionally, you are a self-starter who actively explores and applies AI tools to improve your daily workflow and efficiency
- Drive: You have a bias toward action and measurable results.
