How you will create an impact:

• You lead the design and delivery of (Gen)AI solutions for Life Sciences clients, translating complex business challenges into scalable analytics and decision-support solutions.
• You take charge of multiple (Gen)AI and data science projects, leading project teams, ensuring high-quality execution, measurable business impact, and successful implementation at scale.
• You help clients develop innovative (Gen)AI solutions ranging from advanced analytics over GenAI custom builds to agentic applications in Pricing, Market Access and Commercial functions.
• You act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, solving complex analytical challenges and providing actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• You collaborate closely with business and technology teams to translate strategic AI priorities into scalable and impactful.
• You build strong client relationships and a deep understanding of Life Sciences market dynamics, helping clients unlock growth and innovation through AI.
• You lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while contributing to business development, proposal shaping, and thought leadership in AI and Life Sciences.
• You stay at the forefront of AI and Life Sciences innovation, translating emerging technologies into tangible value for clients.

About you:

• You have 6–10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in consulting or industry, ideally within Life Sciences.
• You hold an outstanding degree in a quantitative discipline and combine strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
• You bring hands-on expertise in GenAI technologies, including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic AI systems, with the ability to translate them into real-world business applications.
• You have a strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and its application to Life Sciences use cases across pricing, market access and commercial domains.
