Description
The role
As an Assistant Community Manager, you support the Community Manager in driving the commercial performance, operational excellence, and member experience of the building. You play a key role in revenue generation, community engagement, and day-to-day operations, while building strong relationships with members and supporting the wider team.
You act as a deputy to the Community Manager and step in to lead the team when required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Support the achievement of monthly revenue and occupancy targets in partnership with the Community Manager and Sales Director
- Conduct tours, prepare proposals, and issue contracts in line with infinitSpace sales guidelines
- Manage day-to-day enquiries and support lead conversion from enquiry to tour
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within the member base, including referrals and upselling initiatives
- Assist with broker campaigns, referral programmes, and lead-generation events
- Support sales reporting, pipeline updates, and daily occupancy forecasting
- Participate in the commission structure following probation
Member Experience
- Deliver an exceptional member experience aligned with satisfaction KPIs
- Act as a key point of contact for members, resolving requests within SLA timelines
- Support front desk coverage to ensure consistent service during business hours
- Build strong relationships with members and foster a connected community
- Implement building-specific initiatives to improve member satisfaction
- Support communication of business updates, process changes, and company initiatives
Operations
- Conduct daily building walkthroughs to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure maintenance, cleaning, and service levels meet company standards
- Process and monitor member maintenance requests within SLAs
- Support vendor management, quality control checks, and performance feedback
- Assist with vendor onboarding and establish clear ways of working
- Lead and manage member move-in and move-out processes
- Oversee stock management and day-to-day operational planning
- Understand and support execution of the Emergency Action Plan
Team Support
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance support of team members
- Step in to lead the Community Team in the absence of the Community Manager
Events & Community
- Proactively initiate ideas for the monthly events calendar
- Support the planning and execution of the monthly event calendar
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, and delivery
- Develop local partnerships to enhance events while optimising spend
- Execute engaging events that foster connection and community
Finance
- Monitor day-to-day operational and event expenses in line with budget
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the building P&L and monthly financial performance
