At the Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC), we operate some of Europe’s most powerful computing systems and provide them to science and engineering communities in Germany and across Europe. We’re looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer in Identity and Access Management who is not only a problem solver but a catalyst for change and evolution. We envision a candidate who loves scripting, orchestration using distributed cloud services and can integrate seamlessly into our dynamic and collaborative work environment. Join us on a mission to operate Helmholtz ID and provide a compelling user experience. We have created the Helmholtz ID service in 2018, in order to provide the Helmholtz Association with a central identity and access management service. It has been steadily growing in usage. We are working on scaling Helmholtz ID to attend thousands of simultaneous users.

  • Additional benefits: Benefit from attractive additional services such as a company pension scheme with employer contribution. Aufgaben

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work with IAM services on national and international level. You are going to contribute to the shaping of federated identity management, together with other IAM operators in the European landscape. Your key responsibilities include:
