Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, secure corporate contracts, and pitch bespoke event management, fabrication, and technical production solutions to B2B clients and retail brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and secure new corporate clients, exhibition organizers, and retail brands requiring event setup, fabrication, and management.
  • Client Pitching: Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) by developing creative, commercially viable concepts and presenting them confidently to high-level decision-makers.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and scale relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house design and production/fabrication teams to ensure client briefs are accurate, feasible, and properly costed.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, exhibition calendars, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven sales or business development experience specifically within Event Management, Exhibition Stand Fabrication, or B2B Corporate Gifting/Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of technical event elements (staging, custom MDF structures, wide-format printing, LED/AV setups).
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or Urdu/Hindi is a strong plus for the local market).
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License and personal vehicle (highly preferred for client meetings).

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
