Join us as a Management Assistant (all genders) in our Product Team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility! As a Management Assistant in the Product Team, you will be at the heart of our Product organization, ensuring smooth operations, strong coordination, and clear communication within the area. As a trusted partner, you will manage day-to-day executive support, oversee scheduling and priorities, coordinate executive meetings and events, and drive key operational topics. With a structured, proactive, and discreet approach, you will increase efficiency and impact across the organization while contributing to MOIA's vision of shaping the future of autonomous mobility.
What you will do
- Own and optimize the calendar. Manage priorities and day-to-day scheduling in a dynamic environment.
- Ensure efficient operations by owning signature and office processes, coordinating travel, handling expense reports, maintaining key documentation, and supporting internal communications.
- Serve as a key interface between the Product area and other C-Level/Senior Management offices, ensuring aligned timelines, clear communication, and smooth coordination on priorities.
- Plan and organize business trips, executive events, and leadership meetings - ensuring excellent & efficient logistics.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Management, Executive, or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership (C-level is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
- Confident use of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level), written and spoken.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven, or mobility-related environment.
- Familiarity with modern collaboration tools and AI-supported productivity tools.
