At ESMC, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize warehouse processes for a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility from the ground up. As a Senior Warehouse Process Engineer, you will play a key role in driving process excellence, digital transformation, and operational efficiency across warehouse and logistics operations.
Working closely with headquarters, global fab teams, and local stakeholders, you will analyze, improve, and implement warehouse processes that support highly automated and world-class manufacturing operations. Job Responsibilities 1. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
(1) Analyze warehouse operations and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. (2) Benchmark warehouse processes against headquarters and other global fabs, adapting best practices to local business requirements. (3) Design, implement, and standardize warehouse processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and operational performance. (4) Support operational teams in resolving process-related challenges and implementing sustainable solutions.
2. Warehouse Design & Process Implementation:
(1) Support the development and optimization of warehouse layouts, storage concepts, and material flow strategies. (2) Participate in warehouse design and process implementation projects within the ESMC fab environment. (3) Ensure standardized and efficient warehouse operations through process alignment and implementation.
3. Automation & Digital Transformation:
(1) Support the implementation and optimization of warehouse automation solutions and digital warehouse initiatives. (2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish highly automated and data-driven warehouse operations. (3) Contribute to the integration of warehouse management systems and new technologies that enhance operational transparency and efficiency.
4. Data Analytics & Performance Management:
(1) Utilize data analysis and KPI monitoring to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities. (2) Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective actions for process-related issues. (3) Drive data-based decision-making to support operational excellence and process standardization.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
(1) Work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing, facility, and engineering teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes. (2) Collaborate with headquarters and overseas fabs to align on global standards, exchange best practices, and implement new processes. (3) Support process implementation activities involving external warehouses and logistics partners when required. Job Qualifications Your Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in warehouse process engineering, logistics operations, continuous improvement, or related manufacturing environments. 3. Experience within the semiconductor industry is required. 4. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to drive process improvements. 5. Experience in process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. 6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in
