About the Position

You're the operating system upgrade for HOLY's marketing org. Embedding across marketing departments, your job is to find where the function is losing time or quality—and fix it with the right combination of process, tooling, or automation the team owns after handoff. This is not a coordinator role or a tool-recommendation role: you scope it, build it, hand it off, and measure what changed. As HOLY scales into a true omnichannel brand, marketing operations becomes a critical competitive advantage—and you're the one building it.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Ops Diagnosis & Embedding

Rotate across HOLY's four marketing functions (growth marketing, CRM, creative, influencer marketing, brand and campaign management) until you understand exactly how each one runs in practice. Build a ranked diagnosis of where time or quality is leaking—then work the top of it systematically.

Operating Rhythms & Systems

Design and own the marketing operating rhythms: campaign brief intake, planning cadence, post-campaign review, and weekly performance reporting. Wherever these are missing or broken, you fix them—and ensure they stay fixed.

Tech Stack & Workflow Automation

Own the marketing tech and automation stack day-to-day. Decide what to standardize on, retire what isn't earning its keep, and ship automations on Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Hookdeck, and n8n—covering reporting flows, campaign QA, asset routing, lead handling, and lifecycle triggers.

Reporting & Business Impact

Build the marketing reporting leadership relies on every week. Partner with the BI Lead on the data infrastructure underneath. Frame every initiative in business terms: hours saved, cycle time, error rate, decisions enabled.

End-to-End Ownership & Handoff

Run every improvement from diagnosis to handoff. Scope it, build it, document it, train the team, and confirm they can run it without you in the room. Feed patterns back to the central AI team—you're closer to marketing's actual workflows than they are, and that signal shapes which tools we standardize on.

About You

  • Marketing operator at heart: You've worked in performance marketing, CRM, brand ops, or growth long enough to understand both the strategic levers and the day-to-day mess. You know what a campaign brief looks like when it works—and when it doesn't.
  • Technical enough to build, not just spec: You ship workflows on n8n, Make, or Zapier today. You've dabbled in Claude Code or another agentic coding tool and want to go deeper.
  • A sharp process designer: You can look at a workflow and immediately see where the seams are—and you're as comfortable redesigning a brief intake form as you are wiring up a reporting pipeline.
  • A true solo operator: You set your own backlog, defend the ranking, and execute end-to-end without a PM in between or a develo
