Main Scope of the Role

To monitor business performance (booking & billing), streamline sales processes, and support the Sales Team in achieving departmental targets. The role acts as a key interface between Sales and Planning and is responsible for generating essential analytical reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or Commerce .

Experience

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in HVAC industry is highly preferred .
  • Project Planning experience is strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong expertise in process improvement , operations , and logistics management .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook , and SAP .
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Skilled in preparing presentations and analytical reports.
  • Ability to identify and implement new processes for efficiency improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Conduct monthly Billing & Booking Forecasting with proper analysis.
  2. Prepare Quarterly Order Booking Forecasts for Procurement, Production Planning, and Sales Planning.
  3. Share monthly booking breakdowns with the Sales Director and follow up with MSPs & OPT to meet monthly targets.
  4. Follow up on SMT updates with ASMs/MSPs.
  5. Finalize lead times with Sales Planning quarterly.
  6. Assist Sales Team with short-delivery and premium orders and confirm deliveries.
  7. Review Sales Orders for multipliers, budget numbers, etc.
  8. Prepare Monthly & Annual Sales Presentations .
  9. Work with the Sales Director on Annual Budget & Target Setting .
  10. Share monthly/quarterly/annual billing & booking forecasts with CCPD.
  11. Conduct monthly Backlog Analysis .
  12. Review modification requests submitted by Sales.
  13. Act as the liaison between Sales and Planning teams.
  14. Coordinate with the Costing team regarding multipliers and pricing.
