Fleetlery is a fast-growing logistics company building the next generation of operational infrastructure for urban delivery and logistics services. As part of our expansion, we are currently establishing a new parcel sorting and dispatch warehouse in Berlin and are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) to lead operations from the ground up as soon as possible .

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in setting up processes, building teams, and creating a high-performing warehouse operation in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including parcel sorting, dispatching, and outbound logistics
• Lead and coordinate teams of pickers, warehouse associates, and couriers
• Ensure efficient parcel flow from inbound receipt to final dispatch
• Monitor and optimize sorting, staging, and dispatch processes to achieve operational excellence
• Plan workforce allocation and shift schedules based on operational demand
• Track operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and safety
• Support the setup and scaling of warehouse processes, systems, and operational procedures
• Actively participate in warehouse operations and lead by example during peak periods
• Collaborate closely with management and external partners to ensure smooth execution.

Your Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in warehouse management, fulfillment, logistics, parcel delivery, or related operational environments
• Experience within the CEP/KEP industry (Courier, Express & Parcel) is highly preferred
• Proven track record in setting up, launching, or scaling warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and people management experience
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to work directly within operations when needed
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs and operational performance
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools is a plus
• Fluent in English ; German is a strong advantage
