NorthC Group operates data centers in the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany. The NorthC group is organized on a country basis with management teams responsible for the Dutch, German and Swiss operations respectively. The group leadership team is based in the Netherlands and consists of a CEO, CFO, CTO, MD Netherlands, MD DACH and General Counsel. The group’s general counsel is based in the Netherlands and oversees all legal matters of the group

Responsibilitie**

s:In view of the expansion of NorthC’s activities it is looking to hire a legal counsel for the DACH region. The main activities in which the legal counsel will be involved include commercial contracts (in particular negotiation regarding master service agreements with customers), assisting the sales team with procurement projects, agreements with general contractors and other parties involved in the construction of new data centers and the refurbishment of existing data centers, regulatory matters, material supplier contracts, compliance related matters and corporate housekeeping matter
