Aspen Medical is inviting expressions of interest from experienced Medical Logistics, Pharmacy Support or Healthcare Supply Chain professionals for potential future deployed medical facility opportunities in Europe.
These opportunities may suit professionals with experience in medical stores, pharmaceuticals, consumables, cold chain, emergency equipment, controlled items, field medical logistics, humanitarian medical supply chains or remote-site medical sustainment.

Potential Responsibilities
The Medical Logistics / Pharmacy / Consumables Support Officer may be required to support:
- Receipt, storage, issue and accountability of medical consumables, pharmaceuticals and equipment.
- Stock visibility, expiry tracking, reorder points and inventory records.
- Medical stores readiness for routine, emergency and contingency operations.
- Cold-chain monitoring for vaccines or temperature-sensitive items where required.
- Controlled item storage, reconciliation and discrepancy reporting under authorised oversight.
- Crash cart, emergency kit, ambulance kit and contingency stock readiness.
- Medical equipment accountability, maintenance records and calibration tracking.
- Clinical waste and medical waste coordination within site arrangements.
- Audit-ready records for stock, issue, return, expiry and disposal.
- Coordination with clinical leads, logistics interfaces and project management.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Experience in medical logistics, pharmacy support, healthcare supply chain, military medical stores, field hospital logistics or remote-site medical sustainment.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical storage, expiry control, cold chain, controlled item accountability and consumable management.
- Strong documentation, inventory and spreadsheet capability.
- Strong English language capability.
- Ability to work in a deployed, multinational and operationally controlled environment.
- Ability to complete background checks, medical fitness screening, security requirements and site access procedures.
Desirable Experience
Military medical logistics experience is desirable. Experience supporting Role 1, Role 2, field hospital, ambulance, humanitarian or remote medical projects would be advantageous, as would experience with ALS stock, emergency equipment, contingency kits, medical waste, pharmacy governance, audit preparation or inspection readiness.
Eligibility: Due to anticipated operational and client requirements, applicants must be nationals of, or otherwise eligible for deployment from, EU countries, Norway or the United Kingdom.
