Logistics Coordinator

This position is offered as a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home.

The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

We are ideally looking for candidates with a strong GDP background and experience. While clinical trial experience is desirable, it is not essential. Candidates with experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service within a GDP-regulated environment will also be considered.

Main Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for CTs, CROs, and CMOs

Managing orders and deliveries from initiation through to completion

Identifying and resolving any issues relating to orders or deliveries in a timely manner

Working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders
