Role Description This full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role is based in Berlin and supports daily office operations at The Bridge Co. Europe. The Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and maintain organized records and files. The role includes handling incoming calls and emails, greeting visitors, and ensuring the reception and common areas are orderly and professional. The Administrative Assistant will prepare documents, presentations, and reports, as well as assist with data entry, invoice processing, and basic office procurement. This position collaborates closely with team members and leadership to support smooth workflows, timely communication, and efficient administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and clerical skills, including Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with experience managing schedules, paperwork, and office procedures.
  • Professional communication abilities, including clear written and verbal Communication and courteous Phone Etiquette for interacting with colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance or support to managers or leadership, including meeting coordination and preparation of materials.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new systems as needed.
  • Ability to work on-site in Berlin, collaborating effectively with a diverse team and maintaining a professional, inclusive work environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is strongly preferred; vocational training or a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German.
