QC Inspector (All discplines - Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, Painting)

• Ensure that all inspections and tests are conducted and documented as per procedures, inspection test plans and drawings to ensure the compliance with requirements.
• Review the previous stage inspection reports and ensure that all inspection and testing are completed in accordance with ITP and reports are available prior to carry out the architectural and final inspection.
• Ensure that all multi-disciplinary construction activities like fabrication, assembly and architectural fit out etc., meet the requirements of specification.
• Conduct inspection on architectural products and monitor architectural fabrication for installation to modular buildings as per architectural requirements.
• Prepare the daily quality reports and submit to Lead QC Engineer on daily basis. Assist Lead QC Engineer to prepare the ITP, PQP and Work procedures.
• Coordinate with certifying authorities / Third party inspectors / Client for their review / approval of the reports / procedures to ensure implementation of applicable ITPs and Quality plans.
• Prepare and maintain quality documents/records for the final documentation to ensure that the product is delivered with manufacturing data book in accordance with contractual terms / company policies.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
