Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files
- Handle data entry and update internal systems (Excel/CRM)
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and clients for documentation
- Assist in preparing reports, agreements, and official correspondence
- Liaise with clients for contract renewals, new agreements, and documentation
- Manage calls, emails, and basic office communication
- Track leads, bookings, and sales-related data
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior admin or office experience preferred
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Language:
- Tagalog (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
