Site Engineer

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage materials and equipment on-site to optimize efficiency.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management tools.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
