Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and update project schedules while supporting successful project execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project teams, analyze project progress, and help ensure construction activities are completed within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Development: Create baseline programs, tender schedules, and detailed work breakdowns using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Progress Tracking: Monitor daily site work, update activity progress, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Resource & Procurement Planning: Forecast material deliveries, joinery production timelines, and manpower allocation.

Delay Analysis: Identify critical path items, spot potential project delays, and prepare recovery plans or Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and cash-flow milestone links for management.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated planning experience within the interior fit-out or joinery sector.

Software Skills: Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.Core Knowledge: Understanding of interior fit-out sequences, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
